The successful candidate will supervise the SAAR team, develop SOPs, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory adherence across student affairs, admissions, and records functions.

Job SummaryThe Manager – Student Affairs, Admissions & Records (SAAR) is responsible for overseeing student services, admissions operations, and student records management. The role ensures efficient student lifecycle management, compliance with institutional policies and regulatory requirements, and the delivery of high-quality services that enhance the overall student experience.Key ResponsibilitiesStudent AffairsPlan, manage, and oversee student affairs programmes and activities.Develop initiatives to promote student engagement, wellbeing, and campus life.Address student enquiries, concerns, and disciplinary matters in accordance with university policies.Collaborate with academic departments and external stakeholders on student-related matters.AdmissionsManage the student recruitment and admissions process from application to enrolment.Ensure admissions procedures comply with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.Monitor admission targets and prepare admissions reports.Coordinate with marketing, academic faculties, and relevant departments to support student recruitment initiatives.Student RecordsOversee the maintenance, accuracy, confidentiality, and security of student records.Ensure timely processing of enrolment, graduation, transcripts, academic records, and related documentation.Maintain compliance with applicable data protection and record management policies.Supervise the implementation and continuous improvement of student information systems.Management & AdministrationLead, supervise, and develop the SAAR team to achieve departmental objectives.Develop and review departmental policies, SOPs, and work processes.Prepare departmental budgets, reports, and performance indicators.Ensure compliance with institutional regulations, accreditation requirements, and relevant government agencies.Coordinate audits and quality assurance activities related to student affairs, admissions, and records.Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, Management, Student Affairs, Higher Education Management, or a related field.
