Job summary

MKH Berhad seeks a seasoned Sales Lead to coach an internal sales team in achieving monthly and annual targets. You will craft pricing, strategies and closing tactics anchored in market insights to enhance conversions.

With 5–7 years in property or real estate sales and at least 2 years in a supervisory role, you will drive performance, relationships and collaboration with marketing for a superior customer experience. A fixed monthly salary plus commission awaits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in property or real estate sales with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
