Job summary

MKH Building Materials Sdn Bhd is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to expand external sales and drive growth in the Klang Valley. You will follow up bulk orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements include a Degree or Diploma in Business or related field, proven sales success in building materials, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive, sales-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree or diploma in business or related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in building materials or construction.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, outgoing, sales-driven and proactive.
• Own transport and willingness to travel within Klang Valley.

• Achieve targeted sales by expanding external sales channels.
• Follow up bulk sales orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Review sales and collections performance continuously.
• Source alternative building materials to support external sales.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and resolve product issues.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• To achieve the targeted sales plan by exploring more external sales.
• To follow up for bulk sales order & monitor on the delivery schedule.
• To review sales & collections performance constantly.
• To source alternative building materials to cater for external sales.
• To attend to customers complaint and to resolve any product complaint within a timely manner.
• To constantly monitor economic, business and social trend and to recommend new sales locations and new sales products to maximize market penetration.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Business or any related field.
• Proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the building materials or construction industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, outgoing personality and sales driven.
• Preferably with own transport as travelling within Klang Valley is required.

Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply for the Executive position.
