Job summary

COSMO RESTAURANTS SDN BHD ( BURGER KING MALAYSIA) is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations in Malaysia. You will lead the outlet team, ensure top service quality, and maintain food safety standards across shifts.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a related role, with strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and a dynamic, customer-focused mindset to drive growth and guest satisfaction.

Job Description:

To be responsible for the entire operations of the restaurant / outlet

Providing leadership and control in outlet, ensuring all customers to receive good service and quality of food

Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety

Preparing report for shift/week, including staff control and sales

Team player and able to train and guide outlet team

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Professional Certificate, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
