Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Operations Management, Business Administration.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly in packing, loading and inventory control operations.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management software (WMS).
• Understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to warehousing and logistics.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage packing, loading, warehouse, and material handling activities to ensure accurate, safe, and timely movement of Finished Goods (FG) and Work-in-Progress (WIP).
• Ensure effective inventory management, including inventory accuracy, proper storage, traceability, FIFO compliance, and stock control, while minimizing product damage, loss, and excess inventory.
• Monitor and manage warehouse, packing, and loading performance against targets for delivery, safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and optimize manpower, storage space, equipment, and material flow to maximize operational efficiency and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve productivity and reduce losses.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, Logistics, and other departments to ensure timely availability and delivery of FG and WIP.
• Lead, coach, and develop warehouse and packing personnel to improve competency, work discipline, productivity, and safety.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in warehouse management, particularly in packing, loading and inventory control operations.
