Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives and strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Advise department heads on organizational structure and manpower planning.
  • Design and implement employee retention initiatives.
Talent Acquisition
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate selection, interview arrangements, and onboarding.
HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain and manage HR systems, processes, and employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Monitor and administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Review and manage employee GPA and GHS insurance.
  • Work with payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Employee Relations & Welfare
  • Provide HR advisory services to employees on matters related to attendance, health, performance, discipline, grievances, and organizational changes.
  • Coordinate and support staff engagement and company events.
  • Manage employee welfare programs and initiatives.
Training & Development
  • Oversee training needs analysis and employee development programs.
  • Manage HRDF claims and ensure effective utilization of training funds.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or any discipline.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with broad exposure across core HR functions, ideally with a background in local conglomerates or large-scale organizations.
