Job summary

Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Manager – Food & Beverage (Outlet) to lead our outlet operations, inspire high-performing teams, and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. You will drive service excellence, uphold Hyatt brand standards, mentor staff, manage budgets, and elevate guest satisfaction through training and quality checks.

Qualifications

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership role within hospitality, e.g., Assistant Outlet Manager or Team Leader.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Passion for delivering authentic hospitality and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet, ensuring seamless service and guest experiences.
• Drive operational excellence by upholding Hyatt brand standards, service quality, and outlet profitability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates through training, feedback, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure team members complete Hyatt learning programs and are knowledgeable about the World of Hyatt loyalty program.
• Monitor service standards through audits and implement improvements to boost guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize productivity while meeting financial goals.

• Lead the daily operations of the assigned F&B outlet, ensuring seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive operational excellence by maintaining Hyatt brand standards, service quality, and outlet profitability.
• Coach, mentor, and develop associates through regular training, performance feedback, and engagement initiatives.
• Ensure all team members complete mandatory Hyatt learning programs and are knowledgeable about the World of Hyatt loyalty program and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor service standards through regular audits and implement continuous improvements to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and optimize productivity while achieving financial and operational goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports employee growth and teamwork.

Qualifications:

• Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Restaurant Management, or a related field.
