Job summary

Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to assist in the efficient operation of the F&B department in line with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards, while meeting guest and associate expectations. The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Outlet Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the outlet, ensuring it is managed efficiently in accordance with the established concept and service standards. This role requires delivering courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, while leading the team to create exceptional dining experiences and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
• Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Candidate with work experience in hotel F&B operations is preferred.
