Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance or accounting roles; experience in a professional services firm is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems; well‑versed with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; able to present financial information clearly to stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team; strong interpersonal relationships.
  • High integrity and professionalism with strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Able to multi-task, with good time management and independent working style.

Responsibilities

  • Assist management to ensure Group Finance operations run effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare full set of accounts including AR/AP and related reconciliations; handle taxation matters.
  • Involve in annual budgeting and forecasts.
  • Collate information and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Work with external auditors and Company Secretary to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Assist with finance process improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff; foster a high‑performance environment.
  • Handle ad‑hoc projects as required.

This role is important to oversee financial operations, reporting performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role requires a high level of professionalism, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

  • Assist Superior and Management to ensure Group Finance operations and functions run effectively and efficiently.
  • Prepare full set of accounts, including managing Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payable and accounts related reconciliations as well as handling taxation matters.
  • Involve in the preparation of the annual budget and forecasts.
  • Collate information and conduct financial analysis to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with external auditors, Company Secretary and others to ensure regulatory filing and compliance matters are adhered to.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Assist with finance process improvement initiatives.
  • Supervise and mentor finance staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Assist in any other ad‑hoc projects or assignments as required
