Job summary

American International Group, Inc. (AIG) Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Account Management to drive revenue from existing sponsor accounts across consumer products. You’ll coordinate telemarketing, over‑the‑counter and online channels to achieve targets.

The role requires tertiary education with 2–3 years’ experience in account management, a CRM/direct marketing background is a plus, and strong English with Bahasa Malaysia communication and analytical skills.

• CRM or direct marketing background is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maximize business opportunities from existing sponsored accounts across consumer products.
• Develop strategies and execute partner sales/marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Represent AIG in the market to extend reach and awareness of direct marketing opportunities for sponsors.
• Coordinate with campaign management, call centre and stakeholders for campaign execution and performance.
• Organize periodic sponsor reviews and communicate market trends.
