Job summary

Sentina Logistics in Port Klang, Malaysia is seeking a Management Trainee – Warehouse Fulfillment (Future Leader Program). You will start by mastering core warehouse operations and gradually move into management responsibilities.

Responsibilities include performing hands-on tasks, using WMS, conducting cycle counts, coordinating inbound/outbound activities, and supporting process improvements, while maintaining safety and organization.

Qualifications

• Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

Management Trainee – Warehouse Fulfillment (Future Leader Program)

You will begin your journey by mastering the core "building blocks" of warehouse operations. This hands-on approach ensures that when you move into management, you fully understand the challenges and workflows of the entire team.

Key responsibilities

Perform hands-on warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and sorting to understand the physical flow of goods

Learn and operate the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory accuracy, track shipments, and generate operational reports

Conduct regular cycle counts and stock-take activities to ensure inventory precision

Assist in coordinating daily inbound and outbound activities to meet strict delivery timelines

Assist Senior Management in identifying process gaps and implementing efficiency improvements

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment in accordance with Sentina Logistics' standards

About you

Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
