Job summary

Sancro Technology Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a motivated Management Trainee to develop future business and management talent through hands-on training and job rotation across Sales & Business Development and Business Operations.

You will undergo structured on-the-job training to gain exposure to IT consulting services, business operations, sales processes and project management, working with management and experienced team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and generating sales leads.
• Support sales activities, client relationships, proposals and presentations.

• Coordinate project activities between internal teams and customers.
• Develop basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and managed IT services.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and ambitious Management Trainee to develop future business and management talent through hands‑on training and job rotation across Sales & Business Development and Business Operations.

The successful candidate will undergo structured on-the-job training to gain exposure to the company's IT consulting services, business operations, sales processes and project management activities. You will work closely with management and experienced team members to identify business opportunities, build customer relationships and contribute to the company's business growth.

Key Responsibilities

What You'll Be Doing

Assist in identifying new business opportunities, generating sales leads and engaging potential clients.

Support sales activities, client relationships, proposals and presentations.

Assist in daily business operations, coordination and administrative tasks.

Support project planning, coordination, scheduling and progress monitoring.

Coordinate project activities, resources and communication between internal teams and customers.

Develop basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, cloud solutions and managed IT services.

Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical teams to recommend suitable solutions.

Learn to communicate technical solutions in simple business language.

Participate in training, business projects and other assignments as directed by management.
