Job summary

CS Eco Glass (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Management Trainee (Engineering/Manufacturing) in Malaysia to develop a solid understanding of its operations and procedures. The program covers electrical, mechanical and chemical engineering concepts and provides hands-on exposure to projects and equipment.

You will work with cross-functional teams, assist in design and implementation, analyze data, and contribute to documentation and training material while pursuing continuous learning and professional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Familiarity with engineering software, tools, and techniques.
