Job summary

TMK Chemical Bhd. is seeking a Management Trainee / Customer Service (Logistics) to support Po verification, order entry in SAP, and liaison with warehouse and supply chain on stock matters. You will arrange deliveries, respond to customer inquiries, and generate invoices upon delivery completion.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and experienced candidates, with training provided at Ara Damansara and based in Port Klang. Bahasa Malaysia and English are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma or Degree in any field.
• At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required. Fresh graduates may be considered for entry level.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.
• Organized personality with good multi-tasking and customer service skills is an advantage.
• Willing to work in Port Klang; on-the-job training at Ara Damansara office.

Responsibilities

• Verify Purchase Order (PO) with sales team and key in order details in SAP system.
• Liaise with warehouse team & supply chain on stock related matters.
• Handle deliveries arrangement and solve deliveries issue in a timely manner.
• Respond to customer enquiries, complaints and related order matters via email, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Create invoices and bill customers upon confirmation of completed delivery.
• Ensure customer PO is filled properly and monitor unfulfilled POs.
• Monitor on empty packaging collection.
• Diligently solve invoicing issues and create CN/DN where necessary as well as Poison Summary preparation.
• Any other duties assigned by Superior & Management.

Diligently solve any issues with invoicing and create Credit Note (CN) / Debit Note (DN) where necessary as well as Poison Summary preparation.

Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate must possess at least a SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma or Degree in any field.

At least 2 years of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Candidates with less experience may be considered for a more junior role.

Fresh graduates to be considered for entry level.

Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English.

Candidate with organized personality, good multi-tasking skills and customer service skills would be an added advantage.

Candidate must be willing to work in Port Klang & On-the-Job training will be provided at Ara Damansara office.
