Job summary

Initia International Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Management Trainee in Accounting and Operations. This junior program provides hands-on rotation across the Accounting Operations department, exposing you to financial reporting, daily bookkeeping, and outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting tasks to support the financial team.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements per local accounting standards.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases and verify spreadsheets for accuracy.
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management for decision-making purposes.
• Familiarize with and operate all outlet functions and operations.
• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations and ensure strong product knowledge.
• Assist manager with daily tasks and coach colleagues to maintain standards.
• Attend to customers’ needs and queries in the outlet to ensure satisfaction.

Job Title: Management Trainee (Accounting and Operations)

Job Level: Junior/Entry Level

Department: Accounting and Operations Department

Working days: 5-6 days a week

The Job:

• Perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with local accounting standards.
• Enter financial transactions into internal databases and help check spreadsheets for accuracy
• Provide accurate and timely financial reports to management for decision-making purposes.
• Familiarize and get to know all the functions and operations of the outlet.
• Oversee an efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the outlet and ensure strong product knowledge.
• Assist manager in completing daily tasks and implementing new policies, and coach colleagues to ensure standards are being maintained.
• May attend to customers’ needs and queries in the outlet operations and ensure to give a wonderful experience for each customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
