Job summary

The GMP Group in Malaysia is seeking a Management Trainee (Retail / F&B / Beauty Spa) to join a fast-growing lifestyle group led by a Korean client. The program offers structured training and hands-on exposure across retail, food & beverage, and beauty spa operations.

You will rotate through departments, gain kitchen exposure, ensure service standards, and participate in marketing campaigns while working shift-based hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Passionate about retail, F&B, Korean cuisine or beauty/spa industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.

We are hiring on behalf of our esteemed Korean client, a fast-growing lifestyle group with operations across retail, food & beverage, and beauty spa services. This Management Trainee Programmed is designed to groom future leaders through structured training and hands-on operational exposure.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured training programme across retail, F&B, and spa operations

Support daily kitchen operations including food preparation, hygiene checks and quality control

Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards

Assist in cooking and plating Korean dishes, especially Samgyetang and grilled specialties

Work closely with outlet managers to drive operational efficiency

Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities

Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Business or related field

Salary & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM3,500 - RM4,000

Grooming Allowance: RM500 per month

6 days off per month (Monday - Thursday)
