Qualifications

This is a retail rotation training position that provides comprehensive training in various aspects of retail operations.

Job Responsibilities

1. Retail Operations & Rotation Training

Undergo comprehensive training in sales and customer service, visual merchandising, stock replenishment, inventory control, cashiering, POS systems, and daily store operations.

Gain practical experience in store opening and closing procedures.

Understand and ensure compliance with company policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Assist in achieving monthly sales targets.

Analyse daily and weekly sales reports to monitor store performance.

Identify opportunities and recommend strategies to improve sales performance.

Support the implementation of sales initiatives and promotional activities.

Guide, motivate, and support the Sales Assistant team.

Assist in preparing staff duty rosters and work schedules.

Monitor team discipline, productivity, attendance, and overall performance.

Develop leadership and people management skills through hands‑on experience.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.

Support the team in maintaining high customer service standards.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Candidates with SPM qualifications and relevant retail experience may also be considered.
