Recruitment for Management Associate (Accounting)

to support Singapore and International Trading Projects

1 Position:

(a) 12-month Management Associate for 0-2 year experience (fresh graduate can apply)

(b) Based in Hanoi, positions to commence around September/October 2025

Job Description

● The successful candidate will be deployed as a Management Associate to handle specific projects related to accounting functions, particularly for handling account payable tasks.

● Handle payment vouchers, purchases, and generating invoices, credit note, debit note. Support vendor management, bank reconciliation and accounting audit processes.

● Analysing tasks, workflows and reviewing payment policy to improve internal processes. Actively provide reports/presentations to align expectations, deliverables, and to garner feedback to improve team performance.

● Self-initiative to learn about Singapore’s IFRS, tax rules, internal accounting practices and ERPsystem to excel in the job.

Job Requirements

● Hold a Bachelor’s degree, preferable in business, economics and accounting discipline from a reputable university with less than 2 years of work experience.

● Possess a very strong change mindset to transform, improve business processes, workflows, drive positive impacts and overcome challenges during the journey.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, meticulous, organised individual with strong initiatives and positive attitudes.

● Have a distinguished record of leadership, handling challenging situations, adaptable, resilient with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

● Proficiency in both written and spoken English, willingness to learn and acquire new knowledge in using systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Office etc.
