Job summary

Lendlease Malaysia is seeking a Security Supervisor for Setia City Mall to safeguard shoppers, tenants, staff and property within the mall. You will oversee daily security operations, enforce policies, and respond promptly to incidents with professionalism.

The role requires 1–3 years in security, with at least 1 year in supervision, and a Diploma/Degree in Security Management or related field. Knowledge of CCTV and access control is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; diploma/degree in security management or related field preferred.
• Certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to respond to incidents professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate security officers’ daily activities, including patrols and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with mall security policies and procedures.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
• Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports and daily logs.
• Train and guide security personnel on emergency response and customer service.
• Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage at all times.
• Assist in loss prevention and investigate theft or vandalism cases.
• Lead evacuation drills and ensure readiness for emergency situations.
