Job summary

CHJ Property Sdn. Bhd. seeks a diligent mall operations professional to oversee tenant handovers, site viewings, and tenant mix planning within a busy Kedah mall.

You will handle complaints, prepare official communications, and coordinate maintenance and events to ensure a safe, clean, and vibrant shopping environment. The role requires 2–3 years in mall operations or related fields, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of mall operations or property management experience.
• Proven ability to handle and resolve customer and tenant complaints with tact.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, especially in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate handover and takeover of shop units and inspections.
• Conduct site viewings of available lots for potential tenants.
• Research and identify potential new tenants aligned with the mall’s tenant mix.
• Plan tenant replacements and suggest suitable options to management.
• Serve as primary contact for tenant/customer complaints; investigate and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare memos regarding mall policies, updates, and communications.
• Manage sealing of lots due to non-compliance or lease termination.
• Coordinate event logistics and vendor interactions for mall marketing events.
• Oversee security, cleaning, pest control, waste, landscape, and car park operations to ensure safety and cleanliness.
