Paradigm Mall JB is seeking an experienced Executive - Maintenance to oversee the smooth operation of all mall mechanical and electrical systems. You will lead in-house technicians, plan preventive maintenance, and coordinate with vendors for specialised services.

The role requires strong problem-solving, safety compliance, and cost-control skills, with active collaboration across tenants and management. Based at Paradigm Mall JB with competitive remuneration and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering as preferred.
• Certifications in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC or Energy Management are advantageous.
• Experience in preventive maintenance planning and handling Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Must communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• 3–5 years in a similar maintenance role, preferably in retail or commercial properties.

• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
• Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
• Supervise a team of in-house technicians.
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers for repairs.
• Monitor contract terms, service quality, and timelines.
• Ensure health, safety, and fire regulation compliance.
• Maintain maintenance logs and prepare regular reports.
