Job summary

Allgreen Properties is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist the Operations Manager in daily mall operations, including coordinated maintenance, building services, security and safety compliance. You will manage contractors, tenants’ fit-outs, and AEI projects while ensuring regulatory adherence and efficient utility management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in technical facilities management (mall/commercial preferred).
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ACMV, electrical, lifts/escalators, plumbing, and car park systems.
• Experience in AEI/project coordination will be an advantage.
• Proven ability to manage technicians and contractors.
• Able to work independently and respond to emergencies when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day mall operations management including hard and soft services.
• Coordinate maintenance works, contractors, vendors and tenant fit-outs while ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support AEI projects and monitor utility usage, report generation, and SOPs.
• Assist with incident management, insurance documentation, and safety procedures.
• Review tenant fit-out submissions and ensure adherence to mall guidelines.
• Prepare operations reports and documentation for management review.
