Job summary

Guangzhou R&F Properties Co., Ltd. seeks a mall Leasing Manager in Johor, Malaysia to develop and execute leasing strategies, maximize occupancy rate and rental income, and lead negotiations for new leases and renewals.

You will attract high-quality tenants across retail, F&B, lifestyle, and anchors; manage tenant mix to fit the mall positioning and demographics; and coach the leasing team to meet KPIs and budgets, with regular performance updates.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to work effectively and deliver results within tight deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of mall leasing processes, lease terms, and commercial conditions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize the mall’s occupancy rate and rental income.
• Lead negotiations for new leases, lease renewals, tenant relocations, and expansions.
• Proactively identify, develop, and attract high-quality retail, F&B, lifestyle, and anchor tenants.
• Manage and optimize the tenant mix to ensure alignment with the mall’s positioning and target customer demographics.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key tenants and business partners.
• Monitor market trends, competing shopping malls, rental rates, and tenant performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop the leasing team to achieve KPIs and business targets.
• Prepare leasing budgets, business forecasts, management reports, and regular performance updates.
