Job summary

WiseNet Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a General Manager to take full accountability for the mall's overall management, profitability and strategic direction across Leasing, Marketing, Operations, and tenant relations. You will drive revenue growth, optimize tenant mix, ensure HSSE compliance, and lead a large team toward delivering a premier lifestyle and retail destination for shoppers and tenants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Real Estate Management or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in retail mall management, property management, or commercial real estate.
• 5+ years in a senior management role with a proven track record in revenue growth and tenancy optimization.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and opportunity identification.
• Excellent leadership, people management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L oversight.
• Good understanding of mall operations, leasing, marketing strategies, and HSSE compliance.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with high integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Leasing, Marketing, Operations, HSSE, Tenancy, Finance, IT, and HR for the mall.
• Monitor financial performance, occupancy, and marketing ROI; take corrective actions as needed.
• Oversee leasing strategy to maintain optimal tenant mix aligned with market trends.
• Lead tenant sourcing, negotiations, and lease finalization to achieve occupancy targets.
• Direct mall marketing to ensure strong brand positioning and effective promotions.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations with a safe, clean environment for shoppers and tenants.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all operations.
• Drive financial performance through revenue management and cost optimization.
• Oversee IT systems and networks to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Oversee HR policies and staff welfare to promote positive workplace culture.
