Job summary

Kerjaya Property Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a proactive Concierge Associate to be based at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur. You will respond to shopper inquiries, direct complaints, and help maintain a smooth Information Counter operation.

You will also log issues, provide mobility assistance, support events and promotions, and ensure accurate contest details are conveyed to shoppers while maintaining clean, stocked promotional material and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma is required.
• At least 1 year of related work experience is required.
• Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Respond to shopper inquiries at the Concierge Counter and direct complaints to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a log of complaints and manage the Lost & Found process weekly and monthly.
• Provide baby stroller and wheelchair assistance, paging services, and care for lost children.
• Stay updated on mall events and promotions; explain contest mechanics to shoppers.
• Prepare weekly Activity and Customer Traffic reports.
• Oversee Information Counter security, access control, and stock promotional materials.
• Handle gift redemptions and register participants for events or contests.
• Assist with posters and buntings; remove outdated materials promptly.
• Notify relevant department about issues or equipment malfunctions.
• Be based at Old Klang Road, Kuala Lumpur; willing to work weekends and shifts.
