Job summary

Bossjob is seeking a driven and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth in the Malaysia market. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients and play a key role in building and qualifying our sales pipeline.

This role offers a base salary plus a performance-based commission structure, rewarding you for generating leads and driving business growth. You will identify opportunities, schedule demos, and collaborate with the sales team to achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any discipline.
• 1–2 years in sales development, business development, or recruitment consulting.
• Proven track record in prospecting and lead generation across multiple channels.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, professional presence.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the Malaysia market via cold calls, emails, canvassing, social media, and other outreach methods.
• Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers to develop a qualified lead pipeline.
• Initiate conversations with potential clients, assess their needs, and schedule meetings or product demos for the sales team.
• Consistently follow up and nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve outreach messaging and lead quality.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, outreach activities, and results.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly KPIs for lead generation, outreach volume, and qualified conversions.
