Job summary

Concept Dash Inc. is building its presence in Malaysia and seeks a locally connected Sales and Business Development Representative to lead market entry. You will generate leads, build relationships, attend events, and close deals across our engineering, digital transformation, and training services, including HRD Corp-funded programs.

You will be the in-market ambassador, work with a remote-first team, and drive new business on the ground in Kuala Lumpur, with travel across Malaysia as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Based in or around Kuala Lumpur with willingness to travel within Malaysia.
• Own transport preferred and Malaysian work authorization required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; quick learner in a fast-paced market.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential clients in Malaysia across target sectors.
• Attend industry events and meetings to build brand presence and opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to proposal and closing.
• Build relationships as the in-market face of Concept Dash and cross-sell services.
• Coordinate with marketing for aligned campaigns and track leads in Taskforce.
