Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Law, Business, HR, International Relations)
• 5–6 years of experience in Malaysia Inbound Immigration
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• High attention to detail and quality
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients and develop strong, long-term client relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on immigration matters.
• Provide strategic guidance on Malaysian immigration requirements, processes, timelines, and compliance obligations.
• Ensure timely and accurate execution of immigration services, maintaining high service quality standards.
• Resolve complex client issues and provide practical solutions during regulatory changes.
• Monitor developments in Malaysian immigration laws and communicate updates.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve performance goals.
• Manage engagement profitability, billing, and financial performance of client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in business development activities and identify new client opportunities.
