Vialto Partners is seeking an Immigration Associate for the Malaysia/Japan scope. You will advise on local and overseas immigration issues, manage end-to-end processes, and liaise with clients and authorities to ensure timely, compliant outcomes.

The role involves applying immigration rules, delivering high-quality client service, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across global mobility to support clients’ global workforce needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for corporate clients seeking immigration support.
• Develop tailored immigration plans based on client needs.
• Manage end-to-end immigration processes for employees including visa applications.
• Prepare and review immigration forms and supporting documentation for accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with clients, government authorities, and internal teams.
• Stay up-to-date with immigration laws, regulations and policies.
