Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Law, Business, HR, International Relations)
• 5–6 years of experience in Malaysia Inbound Immigration
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, policies, and procedures
• Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage
• High attention to detail and quality
• Self-motivated and results-oriented

• Monitor developments in Malaysian immigration laws and policies and communicate relevant updates to clients and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and coach team members to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent client service.
• Manage engagement profitability, billing, and financial performance of client accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, technology utilization, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in business development activities and identify new client opportunities.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in Malaysia Inbound Immigration.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Experience managing client portfolios and leading teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented.
