Job summary

Beyond Techlink Limited in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist for the SUGO App to identify high-potential marketing channels across Malaysia and Singapore, and to craft actionable growth strategies grounded in local market insights.

You will own partnerships with marketing agencies, KOLs, and other external partners, develop SOPs, manage SUGO's social media ecosystem, and plan campaigns to drive user acquisition and brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia with strong written and verbal skills.
• Experience in marketing, MCN, KOLs, or digital marketing agencies with established networks.
• Strong structured thinking and problem-solving skills with ability to translate goals into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify high-potential marketing channels in Malaysia and Singapore for scale.
• Own partnerships with marketing agencies, KOLs, and other external partners to drive user acquisition.
• Develop, optimize, and implement policies and SOPs to balance growth with cost efficiency.
• Build and manage SUGO's official social media ecosystem to strengthen brand awareness.
• Plan and execute online and offline campaigns and events to drive acquisition and engagement.
