Job summary

DLHA TECH SDN BHD is seeking a growth-focused Business Development professional in Kuala Lumpur to drive paid subscriptions and revenue growth. The role involves identifying high-value markets, forming partnerships, and scaling user acquisition across global channels.

You will work with marketing, product, and data teams to optimize onboarding, activation, and conversion, while tracking ROI and adjusting strategies to maximize impact in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Channel Expansion, or Growth roles.
• Experience in digital products, SaaS, or subscription-based apps (VPN experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of online acquisition channels, partnership models, and user growth strategies.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze CAC, ROI, conversion rates, and other key growth metrics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
