VAT Vakuumventile AG is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high-performing team in Malaysia, delivering end-to-end recruitment for Direct and Indirect Labor with potential regional scope. You will collaborate with HR partners and leaders to translate workforce needs into effective hiring strategies and execution plans.

You will drive governance, supplier management, and continuous improvement in recruitment, while coaching and developing TA professionals to meet business

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in HR, business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, incl. 2–3 years in people leadership in Malaysia.
• Experience leading high-volume Talent Acquisition in semiconductor or advanced manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for Malaysia (DL/IDL) with potential regional delivery.
• Manage senior, strategic, confidential roles from intake to onboarding.
• Partner with HRBP and leaders to translate workforce needs into recruitment plans.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through mapping, market research, and sourcing.
• Ensure standardized processes, KPIs, and governance for recruitment activities.
• Oversee a hybrid delivery model with internal teams and external partners; governance of vendors.

Educación
