Job summary

VAT Vakuumventile AG is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead a high-performing TA team in Malaysia, with potential regional scope across Asia. You will drive end-to-end recruitment, partner with HR business partners, and shape workforce plans to meet business growth in DL/IDL segments.

The role requires extensive TA leadership experience in manufacturing, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to hiring excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resource, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of Talent Acquisition experience, including 2–3 years in a people leadership role.
• Experience leading high-volume Talent Acquisition in semiconductor/advanced manufacturing environments.
• Proven coaching and capability development of TA teams; Workforce planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment operations for Malaysia (Direct Labor and Indirect Labor).
• Manage full lifecycle for senior, strategic, and confidential roles; deliver candidate experience.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate workforce needs into hiring plans.
• Build talent pipelines via market research, networking, and proactive sourcing.
• Govern recruitment processes, KPIs, and supplier governance; drive continuous improvement.
