Job summary

Batch Technologies requires a Mechanical & Electrical Technician / Supervisor at Subang Bestari, Shah Alam. The role focuses on hands-on repair and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems, with potential supervisory responsibilities.

The candidate should have SPM or Diploma equivalents, a GDL license (or willingness to obtain), and 2+ years of relevant experience. Good Malay/English communication, safety awareness, and OT willingness are essential.

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma equivalents required; experience as mechanical/electrical technician or supervisor preferred.
• GDL License or willingness to obtain license on confirmation of employment.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in mechanical/electrical repair and maintenance.
• Able to communicate in Malay and English; safety awareness.
• Willing to learn, perform OT, and travel to sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems and projects.
• Potential to lead a team and work independently as a supervisor when required.
• Keep records of repair and maintenance activities, including parts and equipment.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and vehicles are available, maintained, and safe.
• Collaborate with management and customers to ensure productivity, quality, and safety.

Mechanical & Electrical Technician / Supervisor requirements for Subang Bestari , Shah Alam Branch:

• SPM /Diploma equivalents or have experience as a mechanical / electrical technician technician / supervisor.
• Shall have GDL License/ willing to take upon job confirmation
• Have 2 years’ experience & above
• Have knowledge repair & maintenance on mechanical / electrical job.
• Able to work under pressure & meet tight schedule.
• Have good initiative & positive thinking on his assigned job.
• Able to have good communication with own management & customers.
• Able to write Malay / English.
• Have basic knowledge on safety & health.
• Willing to do others task as requested by superior when free.
• Willing to learn as training will be given during working.
• Able to go outstation and working overtime (OT).
• Have some knowledge in Concrete Batching Plant maintenance or installation will be advantage.
• Able to start work immediately.

Job Responsibility:

• Shall able to cooperate, manage & do a Repair & Maintenance job / Project assigned.
• Shall be able to works independence & cooperate as a team with others workers as a team leader.
• Keeping records of customer's R&M jobs (replacement cycle of major components, spare parts & mixer components)
• Responsible on works productivity, schedule quality & safety on job assigned.
• Ensure the availability of tools, equipment & material are available at all time and under the custody and care of your duty.
• Ensure transport/company vehicles in good condition (Inspection/Record Service/Millage).
• Any other duty may have assigned by superior / management
