Job summary

Batch Technologies is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical Technician / Supervisor in Johor. The role requires SPM or Diploma equivalents or proven technician experience, with a GDL license preferred. Candidates should have 2+ years in repair and maintenance, knowledge of safety practices, and the ability to communicate in Malay and English.

Willingness to learn, go outstation, and work OT is essential. Responsibilities include coordinating repair projects, leading teams, maintaining RM records,

Qualifications

• SPM or Diploma equivalents or experience as mechanical/electrical technician/supervisor.
• Shall have GDL License or willing to take upon job confirmation.
• Have 2 years’ experience or more in repair and maintenance.
• Able to write Malay and English and communicate with customers.
• Basic knowledge on safety and health; willing to learn through training.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintenance on mechanical/electrical jobs and projects.
• Work independently or as a team leader; cooperate with others.
• Keep records of RM jobs, replacement cycles, and spare parts.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and safety on assigned works.
• Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available at all times.
• Maintain company vehicle condition and conduct basic inspections.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervision.

Mechanical & Electrical Technician / Supervisor requirements for Seelong, Senai Johor :

SPM /Diploma equivalents or have experience as a mechanical / electrical technician technician / supervisor.

Shall have GDL License/ willing to take upon job confirmation

Have 2 years’ experience & above

Have knowledge repair & maintenance on mechanical / electrical job.

Able to work under pressure & meet tight schedule.

Have good initiative & positive thinking on his assigned job.

Able to have good communication with own management & customers.

Able to write Malay / English.

Have basic knowledge on safety & health.

Willing to do others task as requested by superior when free.

Willing to learn as training will be given during working.

Able to go outstation and working overtime (OT).

Have some knowledge in Concrete Batching Plant maintenance or installation will be advantage.

Able to start work immediately.

Job Responsibility: -

Shall able to cooperate, manage & do a Repair & Maintenance job / Project assigned.

Shall be able to works independence & cooperate as a team with others workers as a team leader.

Keeping records of customer's R&M jobs (replacement cycle of major components, spare parts & mixer components)

Responsible on works productivity, schedule quality & safety on job assigned.

Ensure the availability of tools, equipment & material are available at all time and under the custody and care of your duty.

Ensure transport/company vehicles in good condition (Inspection/Record Service/Millage).

Any other duty may have assigned by superior / management
