Job summary

Talent Trader Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery in a manufacturing setting. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems to minimize downtime and improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of maintenance engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in sheet metal, stamping, machining, fabrication, or assembly is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery and equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues to minimize downtime
• Analyze equipment failures, conduct RCA, and implement corrective/preventive actions
• Improve machine reliability, OEE, equipment efficiency, and maintenance processes
• Support machine installation, commissioning, testing, upgrades, and modifications
• Manage PM schedules, maintenance records, machine history, and critical spare parts
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, suppliers, and contractors
• Participate in Kaizen, Lean, TPM, and continuous improvement projects
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, LOTO, ISO, and local regulations
• Prepare maintenance reports and update SOPs, manuals, and work instructions

This is a maintenance engineering role in a manufacturing environment focused on planning and performing preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery and equipment, troubleshooting complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control system issues, and driving continuous improvement in machine reliability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities
