Job summary

Infinite QL Group Of Companies in Malaysia seeks a Maintenance Technician (CCTV & Security Systems) to maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, Access Control, Alarm and related security systems. The role involves on-site installation, minor cabling, and on-call support across Johor.

Requirements include a Diploma/Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, IT or Networking, basic networking knowledge and a hands-on approach. Valid driving license and willingness to travel are preferred.

Qualifications

• Certificate or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT or Networking
• Basic knowledge of electrical cabling and computer networking
• Hands-on and willing to perform installation and field work
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV, Access Control, Alarm and other Security/ELV systems
• Install cameras, card readers, controllers, sensors and related equipment
• Perform minor cabling, cable pulling, termination, trunking and equipment mounting
• Perform basic TCP/IP network and system troubleshooting
• Replace faulty equipment and carry out testing and commissioning
• Attend customer breakdown/service calls and provide on-site technical support
• Prepare service and maintenance reports
• Support installation and upgrading works when required
• Participate in standby/on-call support when scheduled

Key responsibilities

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance at customer sites
• Troubleshoot and repair CCTV, Access Control, Alarm and other Security/ELV systems
• Install cameras, card readers, controllers, sensors and related equipment

About you

• Able to travel throughout state of Johor for installation & maintenance with own transport
• Certificate/SKM/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, IT, Networking or related field
• Basic knowledge of electrical, cabling and computer networking
• Hands‑on and willing to perform installation and field work
• Good troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Able to work independently and communicate with customers
• Valid driving licence preferred
• Right to work in Malaysia
