Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and equipment-related problems to minimise downtime.
• Support installation, setup, testing and commissioning of new equipment.

Maintenance Engineer (Open to Fresh Graduates)

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment and machinery.

Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and equipment-related problems to minimise production downtime.

Support the installation, setup, testing and commissioning of new equipment.

Monitor machine performance and implement improvements to enhance productivity, equipment reliability and production yield.

Work closely with production, engineering and maintenance teams to resolve technical issues.

Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for equipment servicing and repairs.

Maintain equipment documentation, maintenance records and work instructions.

Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements, quality standards and company procedures.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment cost-reduction activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Electromechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

MANDARIN communication is required to work along with China Stakeholders

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Junior candidates with 0–3 years of experience in equipment maintenance, automation, semiconductor or electronics manufacturing are welcome.

Hands-on experience through internships, industrial training or technical projects involving machinery or equipment is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, automation or equipment troubleshooting.

Good problem-solving skills, willingness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Willing to work fully onsite in Ipoh, Perak.

Willing to work occasional 12-hour shifts during peak production periods.
