Job summary

TECO Electric & Machinery Sdn Bhd is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the upkeep of electric motor production and related facilities in Johor Bahru. You will troubleshoot machines and fabricate motor parts, plan preventive maintenance, and develop jigs and fixtures.

Safety and environmental compliance are essential as you maintain plant utilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in maintenance of electric motor parts and related systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Machine troubleshooting and fabrication of electric motor parts
• Plan yearly machine preventive maintenance
• Jig and fixtures development
• Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment
• Responsible for maintenance of company facility utilities
• Participate in training programmes to enhance skills and knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the work

Maintenance Technician role involving machine troubleshooting and fabrication of electric motor parts, planning yearly machine preventive maintenance, jig and fixtures development, and maintenance of company facility utilities.

Key responsibilities

Machine troubleshooting and fabrication of electric motor parts

Plan yearly machine preventive maintenance

Jig and fixtures development

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment

Responsible for maintenance of company facility utilities

Participate in training programmes to enhance skills and knowledge

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the work

About you

1 to 2 years of experience is prefered
