• Strong mechanical and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with manufacturing tools, machines, and instrumentation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles is a plus.
• Proficient in using basic computer applications (MS Office, ERP systems).
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills.

• Perform routine setup, changeover, calibration, and maintenance of tools and fixtures.

• Monitor key process parameters and identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.
• Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on proper procedures and technical best practices.
• Ensure accurate documentation of activities, including production logs, maintenance records, and quality checks.
• Support continuous improvement activities including 5S, Lean manufacturing, and Kaizen events.
• Comply with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

The Manufacturing Technician (Maintenance) is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring equipment runs efficiently, processes meet quality standards, and production goals are achieved. This role provides hands-on technical expertise, supports process improvements, and works closely with engineering and maintenance teams to resolve production challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain production equipment and machinery in a high-volume environment.

Perform routine setup, changeover, calibration, and maintenance of tools and fixtures.

Support engineering teams with the implementation of new processes and products into production.

Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for process or equipment issues.

Monitor key process parameters and identify opportunities for optimization and waste reduction.

Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on proper procedures and technical best practices.
