Job summary

South Asia Fibre Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in Malaysia. You will work on electronic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems and support preventive maintenance programs.

The ideal candidate holds SPM/SKM certification, is eager to learn, and has hands-on skills in electrical and mechanical installation. Safety and proper housekeeping are essential as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Experience with electronic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new equipment and processes.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain electrical, electronic, mechanical and hydraulic systems.
• Assist supervisor with troubleshooting during machine breakdowns.
• Follow company safety rules and housekeeping at all times.
• Maintain inventory of small parts, tools, and equipment allocated by the Company.
• Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance.

Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• The job includes in areas of electronic, electrical, mechanical and hydraulic repair and maintenance work.
• Assist superior in troubleshooting activities on machines during breakdown.
• Comply with all company rules and regulations at all times while attending to work, including safety and housekeeping of work0place while maintenance work is being performed.
• Responsible for up keeping/maintain of individual small parts inventory and tools and equipment allocated by the Company.
• Other responsibilities relating to maintenance assigned from time to time.
• Carry out scheduled maintenance preventive jobs.

Requirements

• SPM / SKM cert
• Willing to learn
• Candidates who has electrical and mechanical installation skills are highly preferable.
