Job summary

Compart Systems Technologies (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a skilled technician to lead and work with a team to troubleshoot and perform monthly preventive maintenance on CNC machines.

You will attend to production complaints, repair electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems, and document all maintenance in line with ISO quality standards. The role requires dismantling and repairing electrical circuits, servo boards, spindle and motor components, and coordinating spare parts while

Qualifications

• Minimum certificate in Electric & Electronic or related field or 1 year experience in related field.
• Dismantle and fix electrical circuit boards.
• Troubleshoot electrical faulty of CNC machines.
• Repair electrical components and servo boards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults including spindle, chuck, motor and pump.
• Use electrical and mechanical equipment for troubleshooting and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work with a group of technicians to troubleshoot and perform monthly preventive maintenance on CNC machines.
• Attend to production complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Repair breakdown CNC machines (Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic Systems).
• Record and document all preventive maintenance as per ISO quality requirements.
• Plan and control spare parts inventory for CNC machines.
• Maintain high standards of tidiness and 5S practices.
• Act as principal contact for CNC machine repair contractors on the floor.
• Ensure safe working area and procedures per Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Job description

To lead & work with a group of technicians to troubleshooting & perform monthly preventive maintenance on CNC Machine.

Attend to Production complaints.

Repair breakdown CNC machine (Electrical, Mechanical & Hydraulic System).

Record & document all preventive maintenance has been perform as quality ISO system as is required.

Analysis of issues to root cause & development of countermeasure , improvement actions and suggestions to improve.

Plan and control spare parts inventory for CNC Machine

Understand and maintain high standards of tidiness and organisation in line with the good 5S ( Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize & Sustain ) practice.

Consistently met or exceeded key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective execution of daily responsibilities

Attendance at the arranged training course is mandatory

Act as principal contact for all CNC Machine repair contractors who work on the production floor.

Ensure safe working area and work procedures in line with Company’s Health, Safety & Environmental policies.

Perform other job functions deem necessary by Management.

COMPETENCIES:
