Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a maintenance engineer to perform preventive and corrective maintenance for CNC machines and production equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC issues, analyse breakdowns, and implement corrective actions to improve reliability.

Responsibilities include monitoring PM compliance, machine downtime, MTBF and MTTR, and supporting equipment improvement, installation and commissioning activities while ensuring

• Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing maintenance is preferred.
• Familiarity with TPM and preventive maintenance is a plus.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related Engineering field.

2–5 years' experience in manufacturing maintenance.

CNC maintenance experience is an advantage.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of TPM, preventive maintenance and IATF 16949 is preferred.
