AB Mauri Malaysia is seeking a Maintenance Planner to plan, schedule, and optimize preventive maintenance for plant equipment and utilities. You will prepare work packs, coordinate shutdowns, and ensure accurate CMMS work order management, while managing stores, MRO inventory, and critical spare parts.

Plan, schedule, and improve preventive maintenance activities for plant equipment and utilities.
Prepare maintenance work packs, coordinate shutdowns, and ensure work orders are managed accurately in CMMS.
Manage engineering stores, MRO inventory, and critical spare parts to ensure availability and stock accuracy.
Maintain spare parts catalogues, BOMs, inventory controls, and support cost optimisation.
Raise purchase requisitions and coordinate with Procurement and vendors for timely supply of materials and services.
Support urgent breakdown purchases, supplier performance monitoring, and contract compliance.
Maintain CMMS master data, asset registers, maintenance history, and reporting dashboards.
Support reliability improvement through maintenance data analysis, RCA, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive improvements in planning efficiency, schedule compliance, inventory accuracy, and equipment uptime.
Ensure maintenance planning and spare parts management comply with safety, quality, food safety, and statutory requirements.
Support PTW, LOTO, contractor management, and audit requirements.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, technicians, contractors, and suppliers to ensure effective maintenance execution.

Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in maintenance planning, engineering stores, procurement, or maintenance execution within manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance systems and maintenance planning methodologies.
Good understanding of engineering spare parts and inventory management practices.
Experience in using CMMS systems.
Strong analytical and organisational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
High attention to detail and strong administrative discipline.
