Qualifikationen

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• 8–12 years of maintenance experience with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven experience implementing TPM in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, RCA, and breakdown elimination.
• Hands-on experience with woodworking machinery, CNC, upholstery and related equipment.

• Support machinery installation, upgrading, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead mechanical, electrical, utilities, and facilities maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and uninterrupted production.

Develop and implement a preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programme.

Oversee maintenance of furniture manufacturing machinery, including CNC machines, woodworking, cutting, drilling, upholstery, foam processing, and related equipment.

Drive TPM implementation, including Planned Maintenance and Autonomous Maintenance, to minimize breakdowns and production downtime.

Monitor and improve MTBF, MTTR, equipment performance, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).

Lead root cause analysis (RCA), breakdown elimination, and continuous engineering improvements.

Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, contractors, and Capex projects.

Ensure compliance with machinery safety, statutory requirements, and relevant engineering standards.

Support machinery installation, upgrading, commissioning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.

Minimum 8–12 years of maintenance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role, preferably in furniture or related manufacturing industries.

Proven experience implementing and sustaining Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in a manufacturing environment.

Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance, Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, RCA, and breakdown elimination.

Hands‑on experience with woodworking machinery, CNC machines, panel processing, upholstery, foam processing, or related manufacturing equipment.

Good knowledge of equipment reliability, maintenance planning, spare parts management, and factory utilities.

Strong leadership, problem‑solving, communication, and team management skills.
