Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
• 5–8 years of practical experience in assembly process sustaining and development.
• Strong knowledge in TPM pillars, tooling care strategy, and resource management.
• Able to lead, coach, and motivate engineers and technicians.
• Enforces discipline, safety compliance, and maintenance standards.
• Communicates effectively in spoken and written form.
• Able to work confidently with diverse cultures and global networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of technicians and engineers to achieve maintenance and reliability goals.
• Drive TPM implementation and continuous improvement of KPI pillars (OEE, MTBF, MTTR).
• Plan and optimize maintenance activities and resource utilization.
• Mentor, coach, and train technicians toward departmental objectives.
• Apply root-cause analysis and LEAN methods to eliminate chronic losses.
• Foster a high-performance, inclusive team environment.
• Develop and refine maintenance standards and long-term tooling strategies.
• Support budgeting for MOC and TPM initiatives.
