Job summary

Mid Valley Megamall is seeking a Maintenance Executive to monitor, supervise, and optimize the performance of the mall’s centralized ACMV systems, including chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, and mechanical ventilation fans. You will coordinate building maintenance, schedule daily programmes, and ensure upkeep of common areas.

The role involves coordinating with departments, supervising contractors, organizing daily tasks for supervisors and technicians, and preparing daily/monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates are welcome. Internship or prior work in shopping mall operations, commercial buildings, or large-scale property management is an added advantage.
• Experience in large shopping centers or business complexes is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, supervise, and optimize the performance of the mall’s centralized ACMV systems (chillers, cooling towers, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans).
• Provide overall coordination on building maintenance and upkeep all building services works.
• Schedule daily work programmes and coordinate with inter-departments on upgrading and tenants’ fit-out works.
• Regularly maintain Megamall’s common areas to ensure good condition and minimize downtime for breakdowns.
• Record and monitor maintenance and replacement works for tenants and supervise contractor work.
• Organize, manage and supervise daily tasks performed by supervisors and technicians.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports and execute tasks as assigned by superiors.

Organize, manage and supervise daily task to be perform by supervisors and technicians.

Prepare daily and monthly reports.

Execute or perform any task or assignment that may be assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Having internship or prior work experience in shopping mall operations, commercial buildings, or large-scale property management is a strong added advantage.

Experience in large shopping centers or business complexes have an added advantage.

Easily adapting to change of demand and requests.

Ability to organize and coordinates any events and preparing schedule.

Independent and possess good analytical skills.

Able to communicate clearly to any levels of people.
