Job summary

Nam Lee Pressed Metal Sdn Bhd seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily maintenance across the facility, including preventative, predictive, and corrective activities. You will manage electrical systems, diagnose faults, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience with production machinery, preferably 5+ years in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of production machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the facility, including preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance programmes
• Manage and oversee all electrical systems, installations, and maintenance work to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Diagnose electrical faults in machinery, control systems, and power distribution equipment
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, standards, and regulations
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety procedures
• Analysed equipment reliability and maintenance data
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Job description

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.

Capable of hands‑on troubleshooting of production machinery, for example: Power Press, Bending Machine, Robot Arm, Laser Machine, Air Compressor and others.

Able to work independently and respond to urgent breakdown situations.

Preferably with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience in a similar role.

Able to work in Gelang Patah.

Able to work 6 days per week (Monday - Saturday 8am - 5pm).
