Job summary

Job description

Execute repairs and replacements of faulty equipment, fixtures and components in a timely and professional manner

Maintain comprehensive records of all maintenance activities, including work completed, materials used and time spent

Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repair calls to minimise disruption to operations

Coordinate with contractors and external specialists when specialist repairs or installations are required

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal policies during all maintenance activities

Undertake general cleaning and housekeeping duties to maintain facility standards

Monitor inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, reporting needs to management
